This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, processed and protected when you use the ServisimCep Yazılım LLC platform.

Data we collect

• Contact / demo form data: name, organisation, email, phone, message.
• As part of the service: passenger, stop and route details, trip and boarding records, and location data while a trip is active.
• Device information: the push notification identifier (FCM token) used to send notifications in the mobile app.
• Site usage metrics: aggregate, non-personal statistics collected with cookie-free, privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible).

How we use the data

• To answer requests and questions, and to plan demos.
• To provide the service and improve operations.
• To deliver approach, delay and boarding notifications.
• To meet legal obligations.

Location data and data minimisation

Location data is shared from the driver's device only while a trip is active; when the trip ends, tracking stops. The data-minimisation principle is observed.

Hosting and sharing

Your data is hosted on our own servers. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging is used for push notifications and our email provider for invitation and password emails; beyond that, your data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention and account deletion

Data is retained for as long as its processing purposes and the applicable legislation require. Location data is deleted regularly once its retention period ends. Mobile app users can delete their account from within the app; their personal data is then irreversibly anonymised.

Your rights
